Document Movement

Designated Cell


A person from RBL will be designated to operate smooth document movement and operation of Box and file. Simultaneously, CLIENT may also designate persons for the operation. CLIENT any branch and department but only authorized personals will coordinate with RBL designated person for document retrieval and Collection of Box and Files.

Document Collection/Pick up:


On receipt of Written Requisition, RBL will arrange Document Collection by its own Transports/Van. RBL will inspect the condition of the documents and make Transmittal In, one copy will be send to CLIENT for their approval and record.

Document Retrieval:


On receipt of Requisition in writing from designated/authorized persons, RBL will prepare Transmittal Out with details CLIENT requirement.

RBL will make delivery of the Box/Files by its own transports/van to CLIENT requisite branch/departments. CLIENT designated persons will receive the Box/Files under Transmittal Out with signature and seals.

Document Archiving:


On Collection Box/File RBL will requisite Document Archiving and bar coding. Document Archiving Report will be submitted to CLIENT with details status of the box.

RBL has customized Data base software which can be re-customized as per the CLIENT requirements. Same programming can be installed at CLIENT and by RBL at free of cost for better co-ordination.
